De Hoop Nature Reserve - November 2006.

The De Hoop Nature Reserve lies on the southern tip of Africa. The Whale Trail Hiking Trail falls in this area along the coast.

The area has Bontebok amongst other animals. The accommodation is very pleasant.

This is a beautiful part of the country and it is still used as a missile testing range and therefore it is closed at times.
