Part 4 of 6
Planet Baobab to Drotsky's Cabins
Friday 6 March
The imaginative sign at Planet Baobab.
An Orb Web Spider. This lady has at least two suitors.
The swimming pool. It was surprisingly cool.
Franklin.
Hornbill.
Tree squirrel.
We camped at Planet Baobab as they had no lodges available. Our camp site was pleasant. There was no power. The hot water after lighting the donkey was non existent as the water did not flow from those taps at all. We met people days later who said the problem was solved by opening other taps but that did not help us.
Saturday 7 March
An Elephant in the Magadigadi Game Reserve area on the way to Maun.
Snacking on the way north beside the tar road.
A Wasp at Drotsky's Cabins - I was surprised how the orange tail showed up with the flash.
The Riverboat Track as seen from Drotsky's Cabins. The water was flowing fast.
The bungalow we stayed at.
It was wet!
The dinner table.
Ornaments.
We did not eat alone.
The bathroom - with hot water.
Upstairs - which we did not use.
Downstairs - being used.
Sunday 8 March
The area in general.
As we left Botswana and entered Namibia we found this modified car. Broken beer bottles were on the front seat.
At Drotsky's we saw tiger fish at night attracted by the light. The water in the Okavango Delta area is very clear.
