The Land Cruiser Club Southern Africa (LCCSA)

B & B at Safari Centre Boksburg - 21 Auguist 2009.

Jaco van Schalkwyk posted a thread on the Land Cruiser web site suggesting a bring and braai (barbecue) at his shop and Adolf said he thought that boerewors (sausage) on rolls would be a better idea. Adolf won.

People from afar often like to know what the people look like that post on the web site and when we attend I try to take snaps of those who come along. The criteria this time was all eaters were photographed irrespective of whether they were "Cruiser People" or not.

Below the pictures follow of the people - mostly taken in the order they arrived.

Serving up.

Nice! Delicious!

Believe me our sauce is something not to be missed!

Adolf using mustard as a butter substitute.

Jaco doing the wors (sausage) turning.

Doug and Hennie having a technical braai (barbecue) discussion.

The group - or as many as could be found at a specific moment.

Not everyone was interested in gossip. The internet was there together with truck exhaust noises. It appears that this has now become a new form of music.

The party in full swing.

Smoke in the eyes and everywhere.

Second helpings on the way.

A lovely afternoon with nice doses of gossip and erudite 4x4 information.
